Holly

Holly was a rescue who came to us in horrible condition the day before Christmas Eve. We rushed her to the Vet to get x-rays to what the best way we could help her was. She was gravid with calcified eggs and too weak for surgery. We gave her fluids and liquid food to help her regain her strength so she would be able to undergo surgery. We took her to multiple visits tracking her condition and watcher her gain in strength. Unfortunately, Holly suddenly passed one week before her scheduled surgery.

While we were not able to save Holly, we are working with vets from universities around the country that work to help train vets on how to perform surgeries to save dragons like Holly.
